Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certificate or master’s degree with supervisory accounting experience.
• Budgeting, expenditures tracking, and year-end financial projections experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, procurement, and general ledger accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, general ledger, accounts payable, procurement, and contract records.
• Maintain specialized accounting records for funds received and expenditures.
• Prepare and review budgets for state and county fiscal years; monitor year-end balances.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely work completion.
• Support vendor contracts, grant agreements, and invoicing processes.
