CI Search Group in North Dallas is seeking an accomplished accounting leader for a hybrid 3/2 schedule. The role oversees month-end close, GAAP reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations, guiding the team and partnering with cross-functional groups to ensure accurate financials.

The ideal candidate holds an active CPA, 6+ years of progression at Manager level, and Big 4 or equivalent experience, with ASC 842 expertise. The position offers strong benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active CPA certification is required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience; currently a Manager or above.
• Experience in Big 4 or another large national firm.
• ASC 842 experience.

• Lead and develop the accounting team while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support accounting initiatives and reporting.

This role is based in North Dallas and offers a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Please note that the company is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger management, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead and develop the accounting team while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and financial reporting requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support accounting initiatives, resolve complex issues, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage internal and external audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and support compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across accounting operations

Qualifications

• Active CPA certification
• 6+ years of progressive experience (must currently be a Manager or above)
• Experience working in Big 4 or another large national firm
• ASC 842 experience
