Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead and scale our accounting organization in Solana Beach, CA. Reporting to the Controller, this role strengthens internal controls, drives technical accounting excellence, and supports growth with scalable processes and systems.

You will oversee revenue, inventory, fixed assets, leases, and multi-entity accounting while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research/implementation.
• Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842; ICFR and audit readiness experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee technical accounting, ASC 606/ASC 842, and ICFR governance.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations; ensure timely financial reporting.
• Partner with SAP and ERP transformation initiatives and system testing; drive automation and standardization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
