The role is based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with relocation support if required, and will own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with meticulous daily finance operations.

You will lead a small team, ensure IFRS compliance, and collaborate with the group and central accounting teams to drive process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting leadership with monthly closings
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting expertise
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Build a well-setup accounting operations organisation for the insurance company
• Deliver high-quality monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reliable daily finance operations
• Collaborate with group accounting and central accounting operations
• Design and improve processes with high attention to detail for completeness and accuracy
• Report to senior management and shape company strategy
