Qualifications

• Solid professional tax background required.
• Interest in capital markets and tax; willingness to dive into financial services.
• Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex tax topics to stakeholders clearly.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Growth to enable tax-related financial product development for Italy.
• Own the Italian market as the tax SME for securities, crypto, current accounts, and cards.
• Drive tax product changes from frontend to backend.
• Ensure compliance with local tax reporting for customers and authorities.
• Coordinate with external partners including banks, service providers and tax advisors.
• Analyze existing and upcoming tax laws and implement impacts.
