Trade Republic is seeking a results-driven operations specialist to join our post-trade and asset servicing team in Berlin. You will work across stakeholders and systems to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in customer portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in post-trade operations, reconciliation, asset servicing, or securities operations.
• Basic understanding of securities lifecycle, clearing & settlement, and post-trade processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate operational discrepancies across post-trade and asset servicing processes
• Perform investigations and resolve exceptions related to securities operations and operational events
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues
• Support operational processes related to post-trade events, asset servicing activities, position calculations, and customer-facing portfolio data accuracy
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and operational scalability
• Support projects, testing activities, and implementation of new operational processes
