Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• CPA or CIA designation required.
• Public accounting experience (Big Four or large national firm) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, audit, controls or financial reporting experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with FDICIA, SOX 404, ICFR or enterprise controls programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and COSO.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual FDICIA compliance program including risk assessment and reporting.
• Oversee ICFR governance and controls testing activities.
• Remediate deficiencies with control owners and monitor progress.
• Prepare governance reporting for senior leadership and regulators.
• Mentor and develop team members and lead cross-functional initiatives.
