CalPrivate Bank in Newport Beach is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to manage monthly fixed assets, prepaid accounts, and support close processes. You will ensure accuracy in general ledger entries, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting with attention to detail.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum intermediate experience in Excel.
• Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and self-starter with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for monthly fixed assets and prepaid accounting.
• Supports daily liquidity and funds management.
• Prepare general ledger certifications and applicable schedules.
• Assist in the month end close process and reporting, including variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing the quarterly Call Report and supporting schedules.
• Supports preparation of various analytical reports and information.
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies.
• Collaborates with different departments to achieve financial reporting deliverables.
• Builds rapport with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
