Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with financial close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, or external-audit support.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly binders, cash-flow workpapers, projections, and memos for earnings releases and SEC filings.
• Support SEC and regulatory reporting with tie-outs, rollforwards, and disclosure population.
• Coordinate SOX testing and external-audit walkthroughs; liaise among auditors and stakeholders.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and variances analysis.
• Perform fixed-asset depreciation analysis and capitalization reviews with tax alignment.
• Prepare specialized accounting schedules and checks; analyze leases, investments, and financial trends.
• Assist during mergers and acquisitions for due diligence and related SEC activities.
• Communicate findings clearly to CFOs, finance staff, executives, and auditors.
