Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Banking, SEC reporting and related accounting experience preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with financial close, reconciliations, reporting, internal controls, or external-audit support.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Workday and Jack Henry beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quarterly binders, cash-flow workpapers, projections, signoffs and memos for earnings releases and filings.
• Support SEC and regulatory reporting through tie-outs and disclosures.
• Coordinate SOX testing and external-audit walkthroughs; liaison among auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, variance reviews.
• Analyze fixed assets, depreciation, capitalization, and alignment with tax guidance.
• Prepare and analyze accounting schedules and checks.
• Analyze leases, investments, securities activity, and other financial information for accurate presentation.
• Support M&A due diligence and related SEC activities as needed.
• Communicate with executives and auditors; track requests and provide status.
