Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation, Accounting, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Accounting/Finance processes, General Ledger/Sub-Ledger operations, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to translate finance requirements into business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis and map processes.
