Job summary
Sompo International is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to lead Finance Change initiatives. Based in New York City or Morristown, NJ, you will drive transformation by aligning business needs with Finance’s strategic priorities and delivering scalable, compliant solutions.
You will partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to design end-to-end processes, improve controls, and standardize practices while supporting regulatory requirements and cost efficiency.

- Experience with finance transformation and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Partner with Finance, IT and cross-functional stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions improving efficiency, controls and quality.
- Facilitate walkthroughs, identify improvements, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Promote global process standardization and manage deviations as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and support delivery with mitigation plans.
- Support technology-enabled process automation, change impact assessments, testing, training and adoption.
