Position Title:

Senior Accounting Department Leadership

Location:

Sacramento, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all General Ledger and Month End Close processes
2. Manage the Accounts Payable/Receivable staff
3. Act as the primary senior accountant
4. Perform complex bank reconciliations
5. Maintain compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal controls, recommending improvements where necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Superior knowledge of General Ledger, Billing, and AR/AP processes
• Public accounting experience preferred but not required (audit or assurance)
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting systems

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $100,000
