Qualifications

• Experience applying AI/LLM tools to finance workflows.
• Experience with R2R, GL structures, accruals and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines with engineering and analytics teams.
• Design, automate, and optimize calculation engines to streamline close processes.
• Transition prototype scripts to enterprise-grade systems with governance and auditability.
• Bridge accounting leads and central engineering, building driver-based reports and AI-assisted workflows.
• Mentor finance team on SQL, automation tools, and troubleshooting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or CA

10 years of accounting experience (or 8 years with advanced degree)

Experience with R2R, GL structures, accruals, variance analysis
