Job summary

You will develop policies, lead closings, manage external audits, and coordinate SEC filings while supporting investor relations and strategic initiatives. A CPA, a bachelor's in accounting (master's preferred), and 7–10 years of experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting operations to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
