Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a service-oriented or regulated industry.
• Experience with audits and implementing solid internal control systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and monthly/yearly close.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the business operates smoothly.
• Prepare and review P&L statements to help leadership understand the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
• Take the lead on audits, strengthen internal controls, and maintain organized and accurate documentation.
