Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience overseeing daily accounting operations.
• 7+ years overall accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and industry.
• Prior manufacturing experience with understanding of cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle month-end close and consolidation process.
• Perform technical accounting research and lead the adoption of new accounting standards.
• Streamline financial reporting systems and processes.
• Analyze and reconcile complex accounts and support financial audits.
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff.
