• Research transactions and invoices to answer accounting questions.
• Compare expected payments to amounts received and resolve variances.
• Communicate payment details with manufacturers and partners by phone/email.
• Analyze history to identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Use Excel and internal systems to track financial information and findings.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance on complex matters and grow responsibilities.
