The role requires accurate ledger posting, accounts payable and receivable processing, payroll support, and month-end close participation. As part of a large team, you will prepare daily financial records, support data requests, and ensure proper documentation per PCA’s

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Three years of accounting/office experience with GL, payroll or AP exposure.
• Experience with automated accounting/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Post entries to the general ledger and balance accounts.
• Process accounts payable transactions and batch payments.
• Handle accounts receivable adjustments and collections as needed.
• Support weekly hourly payroll processing and month-end closings.
