• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• At least 3 years in business office/accounting with GL/payroll/AP exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances.
• Maintain GL accounts and generate balance sheets and P&L reports.
• Process hourly payroll and ensure compliance with policies.
