Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of applicable accounting experience.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with subgrant and contract managers, fiscal staff and program managers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and process accounts payable and receivable documents.
• Process payments including travel claims and reimbursements in Core.NV.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Process budget and accounting documents with correct distribution data.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare deposits and leadgers.
• Serve as liaison with central pay center staff and respond to inquiries.
