Job summary

First American in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a finance professional to perform reconciliations, analyze variances, and support process improvements across accounting functions. You will partner with business units to resolve general ledger issues and deliver Metrics and reporting.

Experience with Oracle and MS Office is preferred. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of related finance or accounting experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations across internal accounting systems, researching and resolving variances.
• Pursue process improvements to meet customer and business needs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal customers to enhance service levels.
• Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies in assigned areas.
• Provide input to management and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Participate in or oversee M&A activities, including system/process integrations.
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics for supported business units.
• Review offshore production performance against SLAs and identify gaps and corrective actions.
