arrivia in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Accountant to strengthen the general ledger team and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will own journal entries, revenue accounting, and monthly close while supporting internal controls and process improvements.

You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager and colleagues on reconciliations, audits, and analytics, ensuring timely, precise financial statements as the business grows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica and Excel proficiency.

Mansioni

• Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage revenue accounting for an assigned stream.
• Complete monthly close activities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with internal controls and audit/support requests.
• Partner with Finance to explain drivers of monthly P&L variances.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and controls.
• Support systems implementations and reporting improvements.
