Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with strong journal entry preparation and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities across departments and levels.
• Experience with data visualization and autonomous decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete the month-end close cycle with journal entries in SAP.
• Lead monthly P&L variance analytics with finance team.
• Own and improve monthly account reconciliations and journal entries processes.
• Review and improve various reports for accuracy and consistency across entities.
• Support implementation of new IT tools to enhance accounting workflows.
• Maintain quarterly analytics for international entities and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with international controllers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist stakeholders with ad hoc requests and process standardization.
