SoftWave TRT in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team. You will deliver high-quality financial reporting, maintain accounting records, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making across our healthcare and manufacturing operations.

The role covers monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, GAAP-compliant general ledger work, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and support for external audits and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting, ideally within a healthcare or manufacturing environment.
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience supporting external audits and SOX compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Ensure general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare reconciliations and income statement flux analyses.
• Support external audits with workpapers and auditor inquiries.
• Assist NetSuite implementation, including Revenue and Fixed Asset modules.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packs.
• Monitor internal controls and regulatory requirements for healthcare/manufacturing.
• Create executive accounting and financial reporting presentations for leadership.
