Job summary

Legacy Search Advisors in the DC/Montgomery County area is hiring for Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant to join an in-office team with flexibility and free parking, near a Metro stop. You will work with a sharp, entrepreneurial group in a high-growth investment fund shop where your impact is visible and career growth accelerates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of public accounting experience with investment fund clients or another fund and a CPA track or CPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting experience with investment fund clients or another fund.
• CPA track or CPA certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to grow with expanding organization under mentorship from a former Big-4 CPA.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to fund accounting, operations, and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in valuation and analytical work.
• Collaborate on fund accounting and operations to support growth.
• Support senior leadership in scaling the firm.
