Henderson Drake Ltd. is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Accounting Advisory practice in Texas with a fully remote arrangement. You will engage directly with CFOs and finance teams, handling technical accounting matters, financial reporting, and transaction-related projects from day one.

The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, IPO readiness, and restructurings, offering exposure to complex engagements and a clear path toward managerial responsibilities within a growing US practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting or advisory.
• Active CPA licence or pursuing certification.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience on technical accounting engagements.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting advisory engagements across technical accounting and reporting.
• Work with clients through acquisitions, divestitures, IPO readiness, and strategic events.
• Research accounting guidance and prepare memos with supporting docs.
• Collaborate with CFOs and finance teams on accounting challenges.
• Prepare and review financial reporting deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and planning sessions.
