Monex USA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead Workday implementation and manage month-end close, AP, audits, and tax compliance. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, cross‑functional collaboration, and analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on Workday Financials (implementation or administration).
• Experience with technical accounting research and application.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing projects and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation and administration projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Support month-end close, AP, taxes, and audits in GAAP framework.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with HR, Compliance, IT on system integrations and controls.
• Develop SOPs and train users on Workday finance functions.
• Support internal/external audits and tax compliance efforts.
