Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in a hybrid work environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting & Close

• Lead and support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needs
• Provide guidance on accounting treatment and financial processes

Qualifications
