Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured and methodical approach.
• Hands-on mindset with a flexible 'can-do' and 'will-do' attitude.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and perform under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, process, and execute supplier payments and ensure timely supplier follow-up.
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card statements.
• Perform monthly VAT reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB).
• Assist in the preparation of annual accounts, related documentation, and tax returns.
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting.
• Assist with quarterly reporting activities.
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of the annual audit.
• Provide first-line accounting support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
