Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to own GL, month-end close, and financial reporting in a growing pharmaceutical environment. You will oversee AP/AR, manage vendor payments, and perform inventory valuation and COGS reconciliations using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with manufacturing/distribution accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
• Solid U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting knowledge.
• Inventory accounting and manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Advanced Excel, cash management, and working capital analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Oversee AP, AR, collections, and vendor payments.
• Execute accounting transactions in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Reconcile inventory, valuation, and COGS.
• Prepare financial statements, cash forecasts, and KPI reports.
• Strengthen controls and support audits.
