Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Treasury Accounting Manager to operationalize the accounting for the company’s derivatives and hedging portfolio, including interest rate swaps and FX hedges. You will own daily accounting and close processes and partner with Treasury and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include hedge documentation, quantitative assessments, and ensuring SOX controls, with a focus on scalable processes as CoreWeave grows. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; ASC 815 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and operational execution for derivatives and hedging.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for derivative activities.
• Maintain hedge designation documentation per ASC 815 and support audits.
