Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 5+ years directly related experience, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• CPA license a plus; Deltek Costpoint experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end reconciliations and provide explanations and analysis of account components.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and assist with cash receipts processing.
• Submit receiving reports and invoices in iRPT for customer deliveries.
• Prepare Cost Plus billings and ensure approvals before submittal.
• Support internal and external audit engagements (DCMA).
• Review AR aging and follow up with customers for cash collections.
• Maintain inventory reconciliation and month-end inventory reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset subsidiary ledger and complete depreciation tracking.
• Prepare sales and use tax analysis and monthly prepayments/quarterly returns.
• Assist with tax provisions including 1099s, property tax, and income tax.
• Provide backup for payroll and invoicing processes; generate FCC/Essbase reports.
• Participate in invoicing and cash forecasting; lead tasks as needed.
