Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain an understanding of the organization’s financial reporting processes and general ledger structure.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close of the books.
• Provide timely financial information to leadership and supervise staff to meet deadlines.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budget development and forecasting with accurate data and analysis.
• Supervise the accounting team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor staff in accounting procedures.
