BetterButter in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Full-time Senior Accountant to lead day-to-day accounting, manage month-end close, and mentor junior staff. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial activities and collaborate with operations to stay within margins.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, cost accounting, and budgeting support, while delivering reports that inform leadership on variances, pricing, and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cost accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Experience collaborating with operations, production, or supply chain teams.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
