Position Purpose

In this role, you will be a key member of the Regulatory Reporting Group, responsible for statutory financial reporting, including:

1. Completing quarterly and annual NAIC filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across various states and lines of business.
2. Preparing supplemental pages and schedules, coordinating data collection from internal partners for submissions.
3. Collaborating with internal partners and external auditors for annual legal entity audits.
4. Preparing MD&A reports, including variance analysis.
5. Generating and recording statutory entries to the general ledger for assigned entities.
6. Assisting with DOI examinations and department projects, supporting process improvements.
7. Developing positive relationships with team managers and supporting business partners such as Treasury, Tax, and GAAP reporting.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in public accounting or healthcare.
• Experience with statutory accounting/reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills are a plus.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $68,700 - $123,700 per year.
