Job summary

Ethernovia, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to drive monthly close, GAAP compliance, and scalable internal controls in a fabless semiconductor environment.

You will oversee inventory and manufacturing cost accounting while partnering across sales and operations to optimize ERP workflows and board reporting. The role requires strong accounting skills, advanced Excel, and ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP), with Big Four and semiconductor industry experience

Qualifications

• Strong practical accounting and finance experience in semiconductor hardware.
• Experience with month-end close, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Big Four public accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for subsidiaries and consolidate as needed.
• Prepare and review financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and technical accounting memos.
