Job summary

Ethernovia, Inc. in San Jose, CA is hiring a Senior Accountant to drive monthly close in a fast-paced fabless semiconductor environment.

You will own GAAP compliance, inventory and manufacturing cost accounting, and ERP processes (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP) with cross-functional collaboration for accurate reporting. Ideal candidates have Big Four public accounting experience, strong Excel, ERP expertise, and a track record in high-growth tech manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in fabless semiconductor environments.
• Experience with US GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, SOX compliance, or public company reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for subsidiaries; support consolidated close.
• Prepare timely financial statements under US GAAP.
• Review journals, reconciliations, accruals, schedules; analyze variances.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and complex transactions.
• Oversee inventory and manufacturing cost accounting; improve controls and ERP reporting.
