Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual filings and review them.
• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Perform research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Assist with quarterly reviews, annual audits, and monthly close.
• Support special projects and other financial reporting initiatives.
