Job duties include:

• Prepare and review all SEC external reporting requirements as well as XBRL tagging
• Work on 10Ks and 10Qs
• Participate in the month-end close process
• Prepare corporate financial analyses
• Reporting through reconciliations through US GAAP financials and local GAAP financials
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Assist with SOX 404 compliance
