Job summary

Primary Recruiting Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our finance team. You will support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings and manage monthly consolidated financial statements.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with SEC filings, financial statements, and consolidations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
