Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting under ASC 606.

This role focuses on the period close, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and scalable revenue processes across the organization. The position is hybrid in Massachusetts, with a relocation plan to One Lincoln in downtown Boston in Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years of related accounting experience; Big 4 auditing background preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting concepts.
• Experience auditing or working with pharmaceutical/biotech companies and/or gross-to-net revenue experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support period close with reconciliations, journal entries, and revenue recognition models per ASC 606.
• Collaborate with accounting team to improve accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Commercial Finance, Market Access, Compliance, and Supply Chain on revenue recording and reporting.
• Support internal controls (SOX) and SEC reporting as needed.
• Build relationships with FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, R&D, Operations, Sales & Marketing.
• Assist external auditors during audits with documentation and explanations.
• Communicate clearly; propose and implement continuous improvements.
