Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting under ASC 606, supporting the monthly close and external reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech companies and/or gross-to-net revenues is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting concepts and ASC 606 principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the period close with reconciliations and journal entries; maintain revenue recognition models under ASC 606.
• Collaborate with accounting team to improve accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Commercial Finance, Market Access, Compliance, and Supply Chain to record and report revenue.
• Provide support for SOX controls and external financial reporting (SEC) as needed.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, R&D, Operations, Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Assist auditors by providing documentation and explanations during audits.
