Leon Recruitment in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage revenue and cash general ledger activities, support month-end close, and contribute to financial reporting accuracy. The role requires close collaboration with divisional teams and treasury to ensure timely, accurate data delivery.

You will oversee daily automated processes across ~40 divisions, analyze variances, and drive process improvements and automation using BlackLine and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.
• 3+ years in public accounting or in a public company setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP in a SOX-compliant environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily automated revenue and cash accounting processes across ~40 divisions.
• Review and post close-related journal entries and analyze variances.
• Collaborate with divisional accounting teams, treasury, and business partners to resolve issues.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Drive process improvements and automation with ERP and BrightLine-like tools.
