Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; 2 years in a senior role; renewable energy sector desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting; familiarity with incentives for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for projects.
• Manage project accounting: track costs, revenues, and profitability.
• Lead quarter-end and year-end close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for GAAP compliance.
• Assist in tax filing for renewable energy projects.
• Mentor accounting staff and foster a collaborative environment.
