Job summary

Jasper, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, GL operations, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will partner with multiple teams to streamline processes and scale finance operations in a fully remote role across the U.S.

The ideal candidate holds an active CPA license, 3+ years of GL experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with NetSuite and related SaaS financial tools. Prior public accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and active.
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with cloud ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with SaaS finance and ASC 606 is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage close workflows and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, expenses, and corporate card processes.
• Reconcile SaaS billing, revenue systems, and gateways.
• Maintain equity records and cap table reporting.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Support annual audits, tax filings, and ad-hoc reporting.
