Job summary

Swift Navigation, Inc. is hiring a Senior Accountant for a fully remote role reporting to the Corporate Controller. The position covers the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing and collections, and consolidation across our global entities.

You will support audits, tax and statutory compliance and help administer NetSuite. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Prior audit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support full accounting cycle including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing and collections
• Consolidate across global entities and assist audit, tax and statutory compliance
• Administer NetSuite and liaise with statutory accounting firms on payroll and reconciliations
• Record monthly statutory entries and prepare tax filings with external tax firm
• Take ownership of month-end close, reporting and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Corporate Controller
