Carrington Mortgage Holdings, the parent company behind Carrington Mortgage Services, is seeking a Senior Accountant for the Title Division who can work remotely from home. You will perform general accounting duties under US GAAP, manage journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with audits, while ensuring internal controls and accurate reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and strong Excel and Oracle ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of general accounting/finance experience required.
• Advanced Excel and Oracle ERP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must work PST zone hours; West Coast residence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and record bank activities in the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Responsible for wire transfers and month-end close analyses.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance in balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits.
• Maintain internal controls and company policies.
