Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in public accounting and real estate accounting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of joint venture properties.
• Analyze monthly property-level financial statements and trends.
• Reconcile general ledgers to sub-ledgers and schedules.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and contribute to JV reporting.
