SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance department in Santa Monica. The role involves managing payroll for multiple locations, maintaining accurate general ledger entries, and assisting with reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience; payroll and multi-location experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rippling (or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and timely payroll adjustments.
• Prepare and post journal entries in QuickBooks Online.
